1 8 oz can crushed pineapple drained
1 1/2 c cold 2 % milk
1 pkg sugar free instant vanilla pudding
1 small banana sliced
1 c sliced strawberries
1/2 c coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple - save juice. Pour juice and milk in large bowl; add pudding mix. Whisk 2 minutes. Stir in sliced banana. Pour 1/2 mixture into 6 clear glasses, cover with strawberries and coconut. Pour remaining pudding over this. Refrigerate
