ground beef 1-1 1/2 lbs (lean)
1 egg
coarsely chopped 1 large apple
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 T salt, 1/2 t. pepper
garlic salt, celery salt, poultry seasoning, sage,
thyme, marjoram, basil (just sprinkle over
all)
Gizzards - heart, liver, stomach (take off skin)
chop up small
1 bag peppridge farm stuffing mix
2 chicken bouillon cubes in 1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Put ground beef and gizzards in pan with onion and brown well. Add bouillon water to bag of stuffing and mix with fork - add more water if necessary. Mix all other ingredients together. Bake in oven at 350º covered in foil for 1 1/2 hours.
