1/2 c butter
3/4 sugar
1 egg
1/2 c milk
1 1/2 flour
1 T baking powder
1/2 t salt
1/2 t cinnamon
pinch nutmeg
1 c find chopped apples
Topping:
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c fine chopped nuts
1/2 t cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, add sugar, small amount at a time, beat until blended. Add egg, beat until light, combine flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg and gradually alternate with milk. Then fold in apples. Fill paper lined muffin cups about half full. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
