3 chicken breasts
lemon juice
Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cube butter
2 c. stuffing (Oroweat cornbread)
Directions:
Directions:
Bone and skin chicken and place in a glass dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Top with a piece of Swiss cheese. Dilute soup with 1/2 can of water and pour over chicken. Melt butter and mix with stuffing; spoon over chicken. Cover and bake 40 minutes. Remove cover and bake 30 minutes more, or until tender. Bake at 350º.
