1 12 ounce coffee mug (spray with PAM)
4 T flour
4 T sugar
2 T baking cocoa
1 egg
3 T milk
3 T vegetable oil
3 T chocolate chips (optional)
2 T pecans or walnuts (optional)
small splash of vanilla

Serves: 1-2
Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Add dry ingredients to mug and mix well. Add egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in milk, oil, vanilla and mix well. Put mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes on high. The cake will rise over the top of mug, but don't be alarmed! Allow mug to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate it desired. (This can serve 2 if you want to share.)
