Sweet Chex Mix (K&K Version) Recipe

4 cups Honey Nut Cheerios
3 cups Crispix Cereal (can substitute corn chex & rice chex)
1 cup pecans
1 cup honey roasted peanuts
1 cup small pretzels or pretzel sticks
1 stick butter
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup (Karo)
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt

Combine cereals, nuts & pretzels in large bowl. Combine remaining items in sauce pan, bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes - do not over boil. Pour sauce over cereal mixture. Stir to cover well.

Bake in 9 x 13 pan for 30 minutes at 250. Stir half way through baking.

Cool on foil, breaking large clumps apart when cool.
(add more peanuts & pretzels to taste)
