1 pkg President's Choice Ziggy's Brie - chilled
1/4 c. President's Choice "Memories of Tuscany Balsamic Vinegar & Fig Sauce"
1 Presidents Choice French Baguette

Directions:
Pre-heat BBQ to medium.
Carefully cut away top rind of Brie - about 1/8 inch. Place Brie in centre of 8 inch length of foil.
Top Brie with "Memories" sauce. Bring edges of foil up around sides of Brie and loosely gather above Brie without letting foil touch "Memories" sauce. Place on grill. Close lid. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes, partially unwrapping to see if Brie has softened.
Carefully turn foil down around base of Brie. Do not remove from foil.

Place warm Brie on serving platter. Surround with slices of baguette.

* Note: Brie can also be baked in baking dish and cooked in a pre-heated 400ºF(200º) oven for 8 to 10 minutes
