Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 can Hunts tomatoes petite diced (14.5 oz.)
1 can water
1 can Hunts tomato sauce (15 oz.)
1 can water
1 med. onion
1 bell pepper (only use 1/2 of it)
1 box Mueller's lasagna strips (16 oz. box)
2 1/2 lbs. of hamburger (either ground round or chuck)
2 cups of Mozzarella white cheese
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Start out using a medium size boiler on the stove and melt 3 Tbsp. of margarine. Then cut up the med. sized onion and bell pepper into very small pieces. Saute' onion and pepper pieces into butter and stir it long enough to blend together on medium heat for about a minute. Then turn the heat up to high and crumble up the whole 2 1/2 lb. of hamburger and place all of it into the boiler and let it cook until all brown. Make sure hamburger is done! Add some salt and black pepper to the mixture. Keep stirring. Do not leave unattended. Next, pour in the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes and 2 cans of water. Blend everything up well. Next, add about 1/2 c. sugar and some more salt and pepper if needed. After everything's been added, keep stirring well and let it cook for about 10-15 minutes until blended on medium heat. Next, take the lasagna pan and start out with the lasagna strips layering on the bottom. Cover bottom good. Then use a coffee cup to scoop up the hamburger mixture. Layer some of the hamburger mixture on top of the lasagna strips. Make sure it covers the strips good. Then make another layer of strips again. Finish on top with the mixture. You should always use all the mixture. Do not have to use all of the strips. On the very top layer add the Mozzarella cheese. Cover with aluminum foil. Put in oven on 400 degrees until strips are done.
