Ingredients:  
2 (or little more) lbs. hamburger
1 cup Herb Seasoned Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
2 T. minced onion
1 can tomato soup

Topping:
1 can tomato soup
3 T. brown sugar
3 T. vinegar
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Form first ingredients into loaf. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.

In saucepan, combine topping ingredients; bring to boil. Pour over meatloaf and bake ten minutes more.

I make 2 smaller loaves instead of one big one.

I usually save some of the sauce to serve with the finished meatloaf.
