4 c. - Milk
3/4 c. - Molasses
1 c. - Cornmeal
1/2 stick - Butter
2 T. - Sugar
1/2 tsp. - Salt
1/4 tsp. each - Nutmeg, Ginger, Cinnamon
2 - Eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven OR electric skillet to 325º.

Heat milk in pan. Add molasses and cornmeal.
Stir. Bring to boil.
Remove from heat - add butter, sugar, salt, and
spices.
Cool 10 minutes.
Stir in eggs.
Pour into casserole (or skillet) and bake for
20 to 30 minutes

This was the dessert for the Kindergarteners
Thanksgiving dinner - actually made right in class
(they had no oven so used an electric fry pan).
Yummy w/ ice cream or whipped cream.
