6 eggs
1½ c. milk
6 slices French bread
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350º. Spray loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Cube French bread and add to loaf pan. Cover bread with cheddar cheese. Mix eggs, milk, salt & pepper. Pour over cheese and bread. Bake for 45 minutes.
