Eggplant
Raisins
Onions
Green peppers
Walnuts
Sweet basil
Garlic
Salt & pepper
Tomato sauce
Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Clean eggplant and slice in half and then cut each half into strips or smaller. Put in glass baking dish. Add raisins, onions, green peppers, walnuts, sweet basil, garlic, salt, pepper, tomato sauce and oil.
Mix thoroughly. Bake at 450º for 1/2 hour. Let it sit for a while to marinate. Can be eaten hot or cold.
