1 box yellow or white cake mix
1 stick margarine
1 can apple pie filling
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix with margarine. Press into 9x13 ungreased pan. Build up on sides. Bake 10 minutes at 350º. Place can of apple pie filling (no filling, just apples) over crust. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples. Beat egg and sour cream and dribble over the top. Bake for 25 minutes at 350º. Serve warm or cold.
