"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/3 c. Mustard (the cheap stuff)
1/3 c. Cider Vinegar
1 c. Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk the ingredients together in a small sauce pan before heating it, otherwise it could seperate. Put it on medium heat and whisk occasionally. Heat it just to a simmer to make sure the sugar melts completely. Brush on ribs about 15 minutes before pulling them off the smoker. If you are grilling them turn down the heat or move them to the cool side first so the glaze doesn't burn.

I know it doesn't sound all that good but it is wonderful on ribs. You can brush it on a pork butt too. The food also looks really good when this glaze is used. Picture perfect.
