Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 8 oz carton sour cream
¾ cup sugar
1 Tbsp sugar
2 quarts strawberries, cleaned, hulled and slice
½ cup heavy cream
1/4 cup light corn syrup
2 Tbsp butter
3 English toffee candy bars (heath or skor are fine)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together 1 Tbsp sugar with the sour cream. Set aside. Combine ¾ cup sugar with the
Heavy cream, corn syrup and butter in a saucepan and bring to boil over medium high
Heat. Boil one minute and remove from heat. Stir in the crumbled toffee bars (should
Measure about 1 cup) Not all of the toffee will dissolve and that is fine. Divide into individual
servings (martini glass style looks pretty but bowls work great) Put strawberries or raspberries at the bottom of the glass or dish drizzle sauce over and top with a dollop of the sour cream mixture. Serves 6 (I think)

My sister’s recipe very good but have never made myself. It’s easy she doesn't’t do hard
