2 ¼ #s lean ground beef
1 cup chili sauce (found w/ketchup in grocery store)
1 cup chopped onion
1-cup quick-cooking oats
2 beaten eggs
3-4 tsps horseradish mustard (or 2 tsp mustard and 2 creamy horseradish)
1 tsp salt
½ tsp course ground pepper
3 Tbsp chili sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef, 1 cup chili sauce, onions, oats, eggs, mustard and salt and pepper.
Pack mixture in a 9x5 disposable loaf pan. Spread 3 Tbsp chili sauce over top of meat loaf.

Grill over Medium indirect heat or cook in 350 oven

Place meat loaf on cooking grate cook about 60 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted
in center of meat loaf registers 160 F. Let meat loaf stand in pan 15 minutes,
drain juices and invert onto serving plate.
