Chicken Enchiladas Recipe

3 boneless chicken breasts
1 can chopped black olives
6 oz sour cream
1 cup chopped green onions
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 large can diced green chilies
1 # grated cheddar jack cheese
12 large tortillas


Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken for approximately 30 minutes until there cooked thru. Cool and dice into
bite size pieces. Mix all but chicken, ½ onions, olives & cheese.
In a 9x13 baking pan spread enough of the soup mixture to cover the bottom of the pan.
Add chicken to remaining mixture and fill the tortilla shells. Top with cheese, olives, and remaining onions. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
