1 # hamburger cooked and drained
1 can enchilada sauce
½ head iceberg lettuce torn or shredded
1 onion chopped
1 large bag of Fritos
1 large cans chili beans
1 bunch of celery sliced
1 medium tomato sliced
¾ # cheddar cheese

Directions:

Layer all ending with cheese and Fritos s in a stew pot bake at 350 for 20 minutes the lettuce will get soggy so don’t plan to serve as leftover best made for a large group and eaten first time.
