30 oz package frozen shredded potatoes
½ cup melted butter
3 cups Colby jack cheese
1-cup evaporated milk
1½ cups cubed ham, bacon or sausage .
½ tsp seasoned salt
6 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, pour in evaporated milk. In a 9/13 pan spread hash browns, top with melted butter, add egg mixture layer meat and cheese.
Bake at 425 for 40 minutes serve with small muffins or toast.

Tip: cook the sausage or bacon and cube ham the night before so you are just
tossing together the ingredients in the morning while the coffee is brewing.

I make two of these each year on Christmas morning one with ham one with sausage.
This is a family favorite works great to cook it while presents are being opened.
