Bottom Layer:
Refried beans

Second Layer:
2 -8 oz pkgs cream cheese softened
1-cup sour cream
2 pkgs taco seasoning
4-5 cloves pressed garlic
Mix all of these ingredients and than layer on refried beans

Third Layer:
Salsa or chopped tomatoes

Fourth Layer:
Grated cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 350 or microwave until hot all the way through and cheese is melted.
Serve with tortilla chips and veggies.
