1 lb or more browned hamburger
1 large can tomato juice
1 can 16 oz tomato sauce
few onion flakes
1 lg can chili beans.

Mix:
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp flour
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt

Directions:

Mix all together and simmer. Note: by mixing the dry mixture together 1st wont clump when its added to the tomato juice.

I have always loved Grandma Lois's Chili...this was her best guess for a recipe. I love it!

I have added a small onion to my hamburger when its browning. I also like adding great northern beans.
