For Salsa:
1 can (11oz) whole kernel corn, drained
2/3 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
3 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 medium avocado, pitted, peeled, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can (15oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 Tbsp. cumin

For Chicken:
1 Tbsp. Chili powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast

Directions:
Directions:
1. In medium bowl mix salsa ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
2. Mix chili powder and paprika; sprinkle over chicken.
3. Heat grill. Place chicken on grill rack over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 15 minutes. Turn chicken, grill an additional 30 minutes turning occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink when cut.
4. Serve with salsa.
