1 8oz package cream cheese, softened
¼ tsp garlic salt
¼ cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup Parmesan cheese (not canned)
1/4 cup Romano cheese
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
½ tsp dried basil
¼ cup mozzarella cheese
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
½ cup frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease small baking dish. In a medium bowl, mix together
cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan and Romano cheeses, garlic, salt and pepper.
Gently stir in artichoke hearts and spinach. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish.
Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, until bubble
and lightly browned. Great w/Triscuits or veggies.
