Sour Cream Apple Pie Recipe

6-8 apples, peeled and sliced
1 cup sour cream
3 oz cream cheese
1 tbs vanilla
1/4 c. flour
1 egg
3/4 cup sugar


1 cup walnuts
1/3 cup white sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 stick butter - very cold or frozen
1 tbs cinnamon

Mix together with beater or by hand - place apples in dish, pour sour cream mix over all up to edge. Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes.

For topping: Mix all together in blender until crumbly, arrange over pie and bake an additional 15 minutes. Serve with whipped cream topping.
