2 cakes yeast
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 t. salt
1/2 c. shortening
3 eggs
5 c. flour
Directions:
Directions:
Crumble yeast, add sugar. Let stand 20 min. Scald milk, add fat and salt. Cool to lukewarm, add yeast and beaten eggs, then flour, beat well. Knead dough. Let rise 2 hours, then punch down
grease, cover and store in refrigerator.
