9 or 10 inch baked pie crust
2 cups sugar
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
6 heaping tbsp. plain flour
4 egg yolks
3 cups milk
whipped cream
Directions:
Directions:
Sift sugar and flour into a pot. Put eggs in large measuring cup and add milk to make 3 cups. Add to sugar flour mixture and cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly. Add the melted chocolate. Pour into pie crust and chill. Serve with whipped cream.
