Seasoned Egg Wash

1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/3 cup milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 tsp. hot sauce

Seasoned Flour

2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 Tbs. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. pepper

Oil for frying
Klauson Whole Pickles
Ranch Dressing

Stir ingredients for egg wash together and set aside. Mix ingredients of flour mixture in a shallow dish. Slice pickles 1/8 inch thick. Dip in flour, egg, and flour again. Fry until golden about 1 min. Drain on paper towel. Serve with ranch dressing.
