Jalapeņo peppers, canned
Tuna fish
FInely chopped pecans
Lemon juice
Mashed hard cooked eggs
Mayonnaise to moisten

Directions:
Directions:
Early in the day, cut Jalapeņos lengthwise, remove seeds, wash in cold water and drain. Combine the remaining ingredients; stuff into the jalapeņos. Refrigerate. Jalapeņos can also be stuffed with cheese spread or with ham spread.
