1 box white cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 cup coconut
1 box strawberry Jello
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup Wesson oil
1 cup pecans
1 stick butter
1/2 cup drained strawberries
1/2 cup pecans
1 box confectioner's sugar
1/2 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, milk, Jello and oil. Stir in coconut, strawberries and pecans. Grease and flour round cake pans and pour batter in pans to make three layers. Bake at 350º until layers are done. To make icing, cream together butter and confectioners' sugar. Stir in strawberries, coconut and pecans; spread between layers and over cake. Hold layers together with toothpicks.
