1/2 c. chopped onion, 3 oz. cream cheese, 2 tsp. butter, 4 pcs. bacon crumbled, 2 (12 oz) cans evap milk, 2 (10 3/4) cream potato soup, 2 (10 3/4) cream of chicken soup, 1 cn (11 oz) white or shoepeg corn, 2 tsp. creole or cajun seasoning, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 2 lbs cooked and deveined small shrimp, pepper and red pepper to taste.

In a skillet, saute onion in butter until tender. In slow cooker, combine onion mixture, milk, soups, undrained corn, seasonings. Cook on low for 3 hours. Stir in shrimp and cubed cream cheese. Cook 30 minutes until shrimp and cheese are heated. Stir to blend. Garnish w/ bacon.
