8 ounces of cream cheese
16oz can of refried beans
12 drops of Tabasco sauce
8oz shredded cheddar cheese
8oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese
8 oz sour cream
1/2 package of dried enchilada sauce mix (can substitute Taco sauce mix)
Chili powder to taste

Serves: 8-10
Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Spread beans in the bottom of glass 9x13 pan. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, dry enchilada sauce mix and Tabasco. Spread over beans. Sprinkle cheese over all. Sprinkle chili powder over cheese. Bake 15-20 min. at 350º. Serve with tortilla chips.
