Chuck Roast
1- 14 oz can beef broth
1 envelope onion soup mix
1- 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes - regular or petite cut
Potatoes cut into bite size - any kind
Carrots cut into bite size

Cast iron or heavy dutch oven or soup pot

Directions:
Directions:
Coat meat with flour, salt, pepper and granulated garlic.
Brown in a little oil 5 - 10 min each side.
Add beef broth, onion soup mix and diced tomatoes.
Mix to blend ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 21/2 to 31/2 hrs. (size)
Pierce with fork and move it around to circulate the juices and test for doneness. When done meat should start to shred a bit
