Cook one Kettle full of washed and stemmed Concord Grapes slowly without adding water until they are ready to fall apart. Strain through jelly bag overnight. Add three cups of juice at a time and to each cup of juice add one and a half cups of sugar. Stir thoroughly, place in glasses and cover with paraffin. The grapes will jell in about 30 mins Mix only small parts at a time.

Make jam with remaining pulp. Add half a cup of sugar to each cup of pulp. Boil slowly to desired consistency.
