1/2 c. margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
16 oz. can chocolate syrup
1 c. flour

Frosting filling:

2 c. powdered sugar
2 T. milk
4 T. margarine
2 tsp. mint extract
Green food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar together. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add chocolate syrup and flour. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

Mix ingredients together for frosting filling. Spread over cooled brownie.

Melt 1 cup of chocolate chips and 6 T. of margarine. Pour over frosting filling and spread gently. Refrigerate.
