1 1/2 Cups Cornmeal
1/2 Cup Flour
1 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Melted Fat or Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
4 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Egg, Beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornmeal, flour baking powder & salt. Mix together milk & eggs, add fat. Add this to cornmeal mixture, stir lightly. Fill greased baking pan half full. Bake at 425º about 25 minutes or more.
