1 1/2 pounds~ Chopped Broccoli
3 cups~ Water
1~ Chicken Bouillon Cube
1 pint~ Half-and-Half
1 pound~ Velveeta (cut in cubes)
1/4 cup~ Cornstarch
3/4 teaspoon~ Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In large pan, steam chopped broccoli until crisp-tender. In seperate large pot, heat 2 cups of water,chicken bouillon and half and half over medium low heat until bouillon is melted. Add cheese cubes and stir until melted.

Mix in cornstarch in 1 cup of water. Stir while pouring into the cheese mixture. Add broccoli and continue stirring until soup is thickened.
