2 lbs round steak, ground
2 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
1 1/2 cup milk
2 cups tomatoe sauce
1 lb mushrooms
2 tbl butter
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp onion flakes

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix 2 eggs, 2 tsp of salt, pepper and onion flakes, 2 lbs round steak ground, 1 cup bread crumbs, 1 1/2 cups of milk, 2 tbls butter together in bowl. It will be very moist. Put in baking pan and bake in oven for about 1 hour. Serve with tomato sauce and mushrooms.
