2 lbs boneless beef chuck - cut into 1 inch cubes
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
2 onions, thinly sliced
1 cup water
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp marjoram
2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp Kitchen Bouquet
1/8 cup ketsup
1/2 - 1 cup sour cream

Directions:

Shake meat in flour in paper bag to coat evenly. Heat oil in heavy skillet over medium heat. Put in meat and brown well on all sides. Add all ingredients except sour cream. Reduce heat, cover and cook slowly until meat is tender, about 1 1/2 hours. Just before serving, add sour cream, leave over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
