3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
Box of vanilla pudding
Baked pie shell
1/4 cup sugar
3 egg whites
pinch of Cream of Tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream powdered sugar and peanut butter and set aside. It will not be smooth. Make a vanilla pudding and cover with wax paper. Spread 2/3 cup of peanut butter mixture in the bottom of the pie crust. Add pudding. Make a meringue with the egg whites and cream of tartar. Beat stiff and gradually add 1/4 cup sugar. Spread meringue over the top, sealing edges. Sprinkle rest of peanut butter mixture over meringue. Brown 5 minutes at 350º.
