Bake cake as directed on box. Let cool completely.
For Topping: Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and whipped cream (or cool whip) all together. Spread on cooled cake. Strawberry Glaze: Mix Kool-Aid, cornstarch, cold water, and sugar in saucepan; heat to boiling. Boil for 1 minute, constantly stirring. Let cool completely. Fold in 2 c. sliced strawberries. Spread over cream cheese mixture. (or as you serve the cake, spoon some of the strawberry mixture on top of the individual slices of cake - cake won't get soggy this way and will keep longer). Refrigerate until ready to serve.
