4 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen, chopped spinach
8 eggs
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 T. thyme
1 large onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash of garlic powder to taste
4 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix (crumbs)

Directions:
Thaw frozen spinach in a colander and squeeze out as much water as possible. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, adding the spinach and stuffing last. Form into 1" balls and place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 300º for 30 minutes.
