Prepared pie crust. (just one)
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup unsweetened cocoa
1/4 Cup corn starch
2 Cups of 2% milk
1 TBS butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup egg substitute

Directions:
Directions:
1) Prepare your crust-bake until light brown.
2) Let the pie crust cool, while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.

3) In a medium sauce pan, put the sugar, corn starch, cocoa, and gradually add the milk as you are whisking the other ingredients. As the milk warms the cocoa will dissolve.
On med. heat bring to a boil. Take the egg substitute and 1/4 cup of the mixture and whisk together in a cup. Then put slowly back into the pan with the rest of the mixture. Add the butter, and vanilla. Simmer for about 1 minute. This will make a pudding like consistency.
4) Pour into the cooled pie crust, and put in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

Yum, Yum
Serve with whipped cream if you want.

If you dont have egg substitute, you can use 2 egg whites, and some water. Whisk together.
