5/8 c melted butter (1 stick + 2T)
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 large eggs
2 c. milk
2 c. flour
1 c. cornmeal
4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Hollow out the middle and add wet ingredients. Stir just until moistened - do not mix too much! Bake in a 9X13 inch ungreased pan at 425 º for 20-25 minutes.
