3 (16oz) Cans of Great Northern Beans
4 C Chopped cooked chicken
1 T Oil
1 Med. Onion Chopped
2 Garlic Cloves Minced
2 cans (4 oz) Chopped Mild Green Chiles
2 tsp Ground Cumin
1 ½ tsp Dried Oregano
¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
6 C Chicken Broth
3 C Grated Monterey Jack Cheese

Cook chicken breasts in water till tender. Cut chicken into cubes or shred. Heat oil in large pan over medium high heat. Add onions and sauté till translucent. Stir in garlic, chilies, cumin, oregano and cayenne. Sauté 2 min. Add undrained beans and chicken stock and bring to boil. Add salt and pepper as needed. Reduce heat and add chicken and cheese and stir till cheese melts.
