3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. cooking oil
1-8oz. can pineapple, drained
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. mashed bananas
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Make a well in middle. Add eggs, pineapple,nuts, oil, vanilla, and bananas. Stir, do not beat. Put in tube pan. Bake at 350º for 75 minutes.
