2 c. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. vinegar
Few grains of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Boil to hard ball stage (265º to 270º). Cool. Pull mixture until white and porous. Cut into 1" pieces.
