"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Personal Notes:
One word - yum! On top of the Grit Carrot Cake this icing is the bomb!!

I use the 1/3 less fat cream cheese but never ever skimp on the butter. Be sure to use the real thing. Once again, I will say not to buy generic. There's something about the Land o' Lakes butter that just turns out better.
