2 eggs
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. corn starch
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, juice, sugar, vinegar, corn starch and cook until thickened. Take off stove and add mustard and whipped cream. This dressing goes over apples, celery, grapes, nuts for a salad.
