1 lb. ground beef 1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni 1/2 c. minced onion 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 2-8oz. can tomato sauce 1 c. water 2-3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Brown ground beef and drain. Add onions and green pepper and cook until soft. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes or until macaroni is cooked. Can sprinkle with grated cheese if desired.
