2-10oz. pkgs. of frozen chopped spinach, thawed
2 c. herb flavored bread crumbs
4 eggs
3/4 c. melted butter
1 onion, grated or finely chopped
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 clove garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze all the water out of the thawed spinach and place in a large bowl, add bread crumbs, eggs, butter, cheeses and garlic. Blend well and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours, then roll into 1" balls. Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 350º for 15 minutes.
